1. What are cookies?

Cookies are activity files that allow AGILE SELLER to know the activity carried out by you, as a user and customer, and that have the purpose of establishing metrics on the use of the website and the most visited contents, commonly known as "the user experience".

2. Types of cookies:
According to different classification criteria, cookies can be classified into the following types:

According to the issuer of the cookies:

  • Own cookies: These are those that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the editor itself (AGILE SELLER, in this case) and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
  • Third-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

According to the life cycle of the cookies:

  • Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of the user's browser until the user leaves the website, so none of them remain registered on the user's hard drive. The information obtained through these cookies is used to analyse web traffic patterns. Ultimately, this allows us to provide a better experience to improve the content and facilitating its use.
  • Permanent cookies: These are stored on the user's hard drive and our website reads them each time the user makes a new visit. A permanent cookie has a specific expiry date. The cookie will stop working after that date. We generally use them to facilitate the purchase and registration services.

According to the purpose for which the cookies are used:

  • Technical Cookies: These are those that allow the user to navigate through a website, platform or application and the use of the different options or services that exist in it such as, for example, identify the session, access parts of restricted access, remember the elements that make up an order, make the buying process of an order, make the application for registration or participation in an event, use security features while browsing, control traffic and data communication, store content for broadcasting videos or sound or share content via social networks.
  • Personalisation cookies: These cookies allow the user to access the service with certain predefined general characteristics depending on a series of criteria in the user's terminal such as, for example, the language, the type of browser used to access the service, the regional configuration from where the service is accessed, etc.
  • Analysis cookies: These cookies allow the party responsible for them to monitor and analyse the behaviour of the users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookies is used to measure the activity of the websites, application or platform and for the elaboration of browsing profiles of the users of these sites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the usage data of the users of the service.
  • Advertising Cookies: These are those that allow the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the editor has included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency at which the advertisements are shown.
  • Behavioural advertising cookies: These cookies enable the management, in the most effective way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the publisher has included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on user behaviour obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be developed to display advertising based on these habits. It is also possible that when you visit a web page or open an email where an advertisement or promotion about our products or services is published, a cookie may be installed in your browser that allows us to subsequently show you advertising related to the search you have made, develop a control of our ads in relation to, for example, the number of times they are seen, where they appear, what time they are seen, etc.

3. List of cookies used
In our configurator the user can check the list of cookies that are installed, as well as their basic characteristics.

4. Our recommendation
If the user wishes, he/she can disable our own cookies. However, if they do so, it is possible that some functionalities may not be executed correctly or that browsing may be more difficult. We therefore recommend keeping them active and, only if the user wishes to do so, deleting them when leaving the website.

A. How you authorise us and consent to our use of cookies

You may consent to AGILE SELLER's use of cookies by taking the following actions:

(i) Through the cookie configuration panel available with each login: the user can accept by ticking the I ACCEPT box indicated in the information banner at the top of the website, or in the cookie configurator itself, by ticking the check in the type of cookies you wish to accept. In this case, the user will be expressing their consent for us to host and use the types of cookies described in the previous section on the device from which they are browsing.

However, users should remember that even in cases where they initially accept the use of cookies, they may revoke their consent to the use of cookies on this website at any time by deleting the cookies and/or data storage and retrieval devices from their computer equipment and configuring their browser to disable them. The revocation will not have retroactive effects and we also inform you that, in this case, certain services and contents of this website may be inaccessible, which may prevent the user from enjoying these services and contents (such as, for example, remaining identified, participating in promotions, etc.).

(ii) Through the browser settings: In addition, where technically possible and effective, the user may accept the processing of cookies through the settings made by the browser.

B. How to delete cookies after browsing our websites.

If you are using Google Chrome, you can access the "Clear browsing data" option via the "History" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you are using Firefox, you can access the "Clear History" option via the "History" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you can access the "Delete Browsing History" option via the "Tools" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

If you are using the Android Chrome browser, you can access the "Security and privacy" option via the "Settings" menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can decide what information you want to delete, including cookies.

As can be seen, the procedure is very similar in all browsers, so if the user uses a browser other than those mentioned, it will not be difficult to find the functionality to delete cookie data. You can also configure your system to delete all cookies automatically at the end of the browsing session.

C. How to disable cookies before browsing our websites.

If even after reading the above recommendation, the user still wants to disable cookies, you can make your computer or device does not store our cookies. Below we explain how to do this:

If you are using Google Chrome, you can go to the "Customise and control Google Chrome" menu (usually in the top right corner, just to the right of the address bar), click on the "Show advanced options" link and click on the "Content settings" option. You will see the options available for cookies.

If you are using Firefox, you can go to the "Tools" menu (usually in the menu bar, just above the address bar), click on "Options" and click on the "Privacy" tab. You will see the available options.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you can go to the "Tools" menu (usually in the top right corner, just to the right of the navigation tabs), click on the "Internet Options" option and, in the pop-up menu, click on the "Security" tab. You will be able to choose one of Microsoft's pre-set security levels or customise your own security level.

If you are using the Android Chrome browser, you can go to the "Settings" menu (usually in the top right corner, right next to the button to open a new tab), click on the "Security and privacy" option and, in the pop-up menu, you can choose whether or not to accept cookies.

If you use any other browser or platform, the process is very similar. You can find more information in the help menus of each of them.

D. Further information on the operation, use and management of cookies

In addition, you can use your browser to initiate private browsing so that your system does not store unwanted information on your hard drive.

You can even see all the cookies that your browser stores on your hard drive and, if you wish, delete them one by one. For example, if your operating system is Windows 7 and you use version 10 of the Internet Explorer browser, the cookies that this browser stores on your hard drive are usually located in the following path: C:Users[UserName]AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsTemporary Internet Files.

Finally, users should be aware that most browsers provide information on how to prevent the acceptance of new cookies, how to notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. If you want to know more about how cookies work, we recommend that you consult the "help" displayed on the toolbars of your browsers (for example, pressing F1 on Windows computers will also take you to help).

If you would like more information about cookies, you can see the "Guide on the use of cookies" produced by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

5. Cookie Policy and its relationship with the Privacy Policy

We remind you that the Cookie Policy is part of the Privacy Policy (add link to privacy policy) of AGILE SELLER.

6. Modification of the Cookie Policy
AGILE SELLER may unilaterally modify the Cookies Policy in the event of a change in current legislation, jurisprudential doctrine or internal criteria. Any changes to this policy will be published at this address.
